4. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to the Services.

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails or Portal notifications. You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the instructions provided.
